Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared fruit (peal and crushed)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. pectin
  • 5 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

-Prepare fruit.
-Add lemon juice.
-Whisk in pectin until dissolved.
-Bring to a rolling boil.
-Add sugar.
-Return to heat and bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.
-Boil 1 minute hard.
