Venison Burgers (Bison- Elk-Moose Etc.)

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 TBSP Molasses
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb ground venison

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil over med heat in a skillet and saute' onions until soft and golden.
In a large bowl mix egg whites, oat bran, sweet potatoes,molasses, oregano,sea salt and pepper.
Stir in onions and venison and mix together.
Make patties and grill for 7-10 min on each side.
