Chicken and Shrimp Kabob

Ingredients

  • 1 \2 cup oil
  • 1 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 \4 cup maggi
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar marinade
  • 1 lb. boneless skinlesschicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 \2 lb of shrimp cleaned
  • 10 medium mushroom caps
  • 1 big green pepper into chunks
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 basket cherry tomatos
  • 8 small perk onions

Preparation

Step 1

in large bowl mix marinade incredience. Add chicken, shrimp, and vegetables and fruit. put in fridge for 2 hours, tossing a coat a few times. arrange alternately on skewers and BBQ or broil
