Miss Mary Bobo’s Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 20 oz cans pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
  • 3 Tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 1 Stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place pineapple (drained) in casserole dish. Whisk together juice, sugar and flour and pour over pineapple. Next add cheddar cheese, then ritz crackers. Melt butter and drizzle over all. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
