Mexican Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 # Ground beef, browned & drained
  • 16 oz jar salsa
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine brown beef, salsa, tomato sauce & water inlarge skillet. Heat til boiling. Stir in macaroni & corn. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min. stiffing occasionally until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
