Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin tip, cut into thin slices
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream

Preparation

Step 1
