Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin tip, cut into thin slices
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1.Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and the onions; cook until the meat is browned and the onion tender.
2.Stir in sour cream, and heat through. Do not boil.
