Pumpkin Spice Muffins like Dunkin' Donuts

Ingredients

• 1 box spice cake
• 1 can Pumpkin Pie Mix(puree of pumpkin with spice) (30 oz)
• 1 box vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
• 1 tbsp. sour cream
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except brown sugar.

2. Once combined, scoop into lined muffin cups. Sprinkle each with brown sugar.

3. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
