Pork Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, cubed pork
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 2 cups sliced cooked carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken bouillon
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 single pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook onion in melted fat. Add flour and stir. Add broth stirring frequently, until it thickens. Add spices. Combine everything else (except pie crust) and pour into a greased pie pan. Place pie crust and put on top of dish.

2. Bake at 400 degrees, 25 minutes.
