Coconut Bonbons

I received this recipe from a patient several years ago. Both my mother and I love coconut. These taste very close to Mounds candy bars and we were thrilled to make and share this during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 cup sweetened medium coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Heat syrup to just under boiling then stir in coconut. Wet hands in cold water and roll mixture into balls. Chill. Dip in melted chocolate.
