Ingredients
- 2 lbs (4 cups) cooked roast or pork
- 1 1/4 C broth
- 1 med onion, finely chopped
- 1 C diced green chilis
- 1 fresh tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Place diced meat in saucepan. Add all ingredients and mix well. Heat and simmer 15 min, stirring frequently.
Serve wrapped in tortillas.
