Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 packages fresh spinach, drained
  • 1 pound bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
  • Sliced red onion
  • 6 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) ctn. sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble. Wash spinach, break into bite-sized pieces, drain or pat dry. Add crumbled bacon, onions, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Mix sour cream with sugar, salt, and pepper. Fold into salad. Top with chopped egg, onion rings, and croutons.
