Criss-Cross Potatoes

  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes in half length-wise. Use knife to cut criss crosses 1/4-inch deep. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
