Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine pasta
- 24 oz. tomato pasta sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, saute onion in olive oil in a heavy skillet until tender, about 3 min. Add the pasta sauce and simmer for 5 min. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
3. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve with more parmesan cheese.
