Sesame Asparagus Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 t. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 t. sesame seed
  • Cover asparagus with water in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes; drain. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and remaining ingredients. Sauté for several minutes, until tender. Serves 4
