Ingredients
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard, divided
- 1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce, divided
- 4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 2 cups mixed gourmet lettuces or arugula
Preparation
Step 1
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mustard and 1 tablespoon of the cranberry sauce down center of each tortilla; top each with 1 slice Cheddar cheese.
Combine turkey and pecans; spoon mixture evenly over cranberry mixture. Top with lettuces and roll up.
