Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1/2 c. raspberry jam
- 1 can. peaches, cut & drained
- 1/4 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and whip cream.
Layer cheesecake mixture, raspberry jam, peaches in parfait glasses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with crumbs or shaved chocolate.
