Peach Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c. whipped cream
• 1/2 c. raspberry jam
• 1 can. peaches, cut & drained
• 1/4 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and whip cream.

Layer cheesecake mixture, raspberry jam, peaches in parfait glasses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with crumbs or shaved chocolate.
