Ingredients
- 14-1/2 oz. can spinach, drained
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- oil for deep frying
- Mix all ingredients except oil together; set aside. Heat 1/2-inch depth oil in a heavy skillet; drop dough by tablespoonfuls into skillet. Heat for 4 to 6 minutes until golden; flip and heat other side. Makes 10 to 15.
