Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb Halibut (cut into 1" cubes)
- flour
- eggs
- Shake & Bake Italian Bread Crumbs
- Corn or Flour Tortillas
- cabbage - shredded
- lime wedges
- vegetable oil for pan frying
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp salsa
- 4 shakes each: salt & pepper
- Red pepper to taste
- Chili powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut halibut into 1" cubes. Coat in flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Let coated fish sit for 20 minutes. Cook fish in vegetable oil until done.
Sauce:
Mix mayo, sour cream, salsa, salt, pepper. Add red pepper and chili powder to taste.
Place 2 to 3 pieces of fish in tortilla. Squeeze with a little lime. Top with cabbage and sauce.
Pairs well with Corn & Black Bean Salad.
