Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 - 14 oz cans Artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach (thawed & drained well)
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan (plus some for top)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon into oven safe baking dish. Sprinkle with additional parmesan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers, bread or fresh veggies.

* Add jalapenos for a little kick.
