SOPA DE MILHO VERDE (GREEN CORN SOUP)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coooked sweet corn
  • 1 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put corn, milk and green onions in a mixture and blend into a smooth puree.
Heat the butter and fry the flour for ½ minute.
Add the corn mixture, 2 cups of water and salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
