Grilled Corn with Thyme Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 large ears of corn husks pulled back but not removed, silk discarded, husks replaced
  • 4 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

light grill
soak corn in ice water 15 min., drain
grill over med. high for 20 min. turning often, husks will blacken, grill till tender
combine butter and thyme
serve together
