Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in self-sealing plastic bag and seal bag.
2. Refrigerate 4 - 24 hours.
3. Prepare covered grill medium-hot coals.
4. Remove chops from marinade.
5. Grill chops over direct heat 12-15 min, turning occasionally.
