Ingredients
- 8 cups cauliflowerets
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tblsp. butter
- 2 Tblsp. reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 Tsp. salt
- 1/8 Tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Steam cauliflower 9 to 11 minutes.
In skillet, saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
Stir in broth.
Pour over cauliflower when done.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well to coat the cauliflower.
