Beef Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
  • 2 Tbl All purpose flour
  • 1 Tbl Oil
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
  • 1 Can whole peeled tomatoes undrained & chopped
  • 1 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Med. Green Pepper diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Cloves Glaric

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly toss beef with flour.

Heat oil, brown beef. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked noodles.
