Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 2 pints strawberries
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. water
• 3 tbs cornstarch
• 1 sm strawberry jello minus 1 tbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1/2 cup of the sugar over the sliced strawberries.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, waterand jello. Cook until clear and thickened. Set aside until cool. Bake Pie shell. Place berries in pie shell and top with jello mixture. Let set for several hours. Top with Cool Whip.
