Pork Loin Roast Glazed with Apricots

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2-4 Tbsp Soy Sauce (to taste)
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • water as needed
  • pork loin roast

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sugar, butter, soy sauce, apricot jam and water in a saucepan. Cook to desired consistency for a marinade. Marinade for 1 hour. Drain. Roast in 325 oven until just done (time depends on size). Baste often during roasting to prevent drying. Remove from the oven, reheat remaining marinade and serve on side for extra flavor.
