Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes (2.5 lbs.)
- 1 1/2 cups lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- seltzer or club soda
Preparation
Step 1
peel mangoes and cut flesh from pits
puree flesh with lime juice, water, and sugar till smooth
strain puree
chill covered till cold and adjust sugar to taste
fill glasses 3/4 and top with seltzer, stirring well
garnish with lime wedge
