Ingredients
- 4 – 5 frozen b/s chicken breasts
- 15 oz. black beans, drained
- 15 oz. corn
- 15 oz. salsa
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Put frozen b/s chicken breasts put into crock-pot. Add black beans, salsa and corn. If using canned corn, drain before adding to crock-pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 – 5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Add cream cheese on top and let sit for about ½ hour. Stir and serve.
