Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbs grated lime rind
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled, and thinly sliced
- mint sprig and sliced lime for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
combine water and sugar in saucepan
stir well, cook 2 min. over low heat, until dissolved
remove from heat
stir in rum, lime juice and rind
pour mix into freezer can of ice cream maker
garnish
