Egg and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12-16 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup or more cheddar cheese
  • 1 # pork sausage
  • 4 slices bread
  • garlic powder
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with milk, mustard and salt. Brown sausage with pepper and garlic. Cobe bread and spread on bottom of sprayed 10 x 13 pan. Crumble sausage over bread and pour egg mixture over that. Sprinkle with cheese and refrigerate over night.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
