Ingredients
- 3 cups of water, filtered
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 2 whole carrots, cut into 1 inch lengths
- 4 whole tomatoes, large
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbs of salt
- 1 Tbs dill, fresh
- 1 whole avocado, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower flowerets
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients (except for the chopped cauliflower, avocado, and one tomato) in a powerful blender till smooth. Top off with chopped veggies of your choice for texture and additional flavor (pictured- avocado, cauliflower, and tomato).
