Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 10 tbs. melted butter
- 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbs. white vinegar
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
cut wings through joints and discard tips
heat 2 inches of oil to 350
cook small batches of drumsticks first about 7-10 minutes checking temp
remove, drain on paper towels
keep warm in 200 degree oven while frying remaining
whisk together remaining ingredients
toss wings in sauce
serve on bed of lettuce with celery stalks, and carrot sticks and bleu cheese dressing
