Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1 (15oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook carrots until tender, drain.
2. In saucepan place pineapple tidbits and juice, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, nutmeg and butter.
3. Cook stirring until thickened and clear.
4. Add the cooked carrots and heat.
