Ingredients

- 2 2 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 3 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook garlic in butter for a minute, do not brown. Add asparagus and cook for 10 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking.
