Cheesy Nacho Beef Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (8-ounce) pouch instant Mexican rice
- 2 cans rotel
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet, then drain.
Add Rotel, corn, taco seasoning, and water. Mix well.
Microwave rice pouch as directed on package, then add to skillet and stir.
Heat to boiling while stirring, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in cheese until melted.
