- 1/4 CUP BUTTER
- 1/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR

Step 1
COOK CARROTS IN LARGE PAN UNTIL TENDER DRAIN MOST OFF MOST OF THE LIQUID LEAVING THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN COVERED. SET THE CARROTS ASIDE
STIR IN THE BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR INTO THE WATER UNTIL THE BUTTER MELTS, RETURN THE CARROTS TO THE POT,,, TOSS THE CARROTS AND COAT COVER. SET ASIDE FOR A FEW MINUTES ALLOW THE FLAVORS TO MINGLE
