  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetend
  • 1 cup plain canned pumpkin, unsweetened
  • (or fresh pumpkin)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Put in Blender -add ice - or fruit can be frozen...2 servings...you can put in frig-to use later if needed
