- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetend
- 1 cup plain canned pumpkin, unsweetened
- (or fresh pumpkin)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup mango
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Put in Blender -add ice - or fruit can be frozen...2 servings...you can put in frig-to use later if needed
