- SALAD
- 2 CUPS CORN KENNELS
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED OR GREEN BELL PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONIONS
- 1 LB LUMP CRAB MEAT
- 2 CUPS OF CHERRY TOMATOS CUT IN 1/2
- DRESSING
- 1 TABLESP LEMON ZEST
- 5 TABLESP FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 2 TABLESP OLIVE OIL
- 2 TEASP HONEY
- 1 TEASP DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEASP SALT
- 5 OR 6 BASIL LEAVES
- 1/4 TEASP GROUND PEPPER
Preparation
Step 1
1- COMBINE ALL DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND WHISK WELL
2- COMBINE ALL SALAD INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. DRIZZLE DRESSING ON TOP, SERVE.
