rhubarb crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • splash of vanille
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

mix th rhubarb, sugar lemon juice and vanilla in a small skillet. cook until the rhubard is soft, 5-7 minutes. stir in sliced strawberries. divide among bowls, top with greek yogurt and sprinkle with choppped, toasted almonds.
