Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs. well-trimmed boneless beef brisket
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf crumbled
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Rub meat with salt; place in an ungreased baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 for 3 hours.
