Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cubed round steak
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • carrots, peeled & quartered
  • whole onion

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge cubed steak through flour, salt & pepper. Cook in hot skillet only till browned.
Mix all ingredients in 2 qt dish.
Bake @ 400 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
