- 2 lbs. cubed round steak
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
- carrots, peeled & quartered
- whole onion
Dredge cubed steak through flour, salt & pepper. Cook in hot skillet only till browned.
Mix all ingredients in 2 qt dish.
Bake @ 400 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
