Ingredients
- 9 " ciabatta bread
- 5 T Wichcraft Balsamic Onion Marmelade (available at Williams Sonoma)
- 4 t Dijon mustard
- 8 oz. sliced roast beef
- 2 oz. white cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brush bread with EVOO. Layers samdwich as follows:
Marmelade
Mustard
Beef
Cheddar
Grill 7-9 minutes. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
