Green Pea Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped Green Onion
  • 2 – 2 1/2 cups shredded Cabbage
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Green Peas

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer peas for a few minutes. Drain. Set aside to cool. Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard & pepper. Toss with cabbage, onions and peas. 4 servings.
