Ingredients
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
1-Preheat oven to 350. Grease two large bread pans.
2-Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar.
3-In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
4-Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. Add nuts.
5-Bake for 75 minutes. Test with toothpick.
