PEACH COBBLER ( Kirk Tite )

Ingredients

  • Cobbler:
  • 1 ) 1 large can peaches, drained
  • 2 ) 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 ) 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 ) 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Grease a 9 inch square baking dish. In small bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gently stir to coat. Pour into baking dish.

2. Topping:

0) 3/4 cup sugar
1) 1 cup flour
2) 1 teaspoon baking powder
3) 1/4 teaspoon salt
4) 3 tablespoons butter, melted
5) 1/2 cup milk

Mix ingredients in mixing bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Spoon on top of peaches. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
