Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive or canola oil
  • 2 tblsp. chopped, oil packed sundried tomato
  • 2 tblsp. roasted red pepper
  • 2 tblsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tblsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tblsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor until smooth.
Toss with garden salad.
