Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive or canola oil
- 2 tblsp. chopped, oil packed sundried tomato
- 2 tblsp. roasted red pepper
- 2 tblsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tblsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tblsp. chopped parsley
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor until smooth.
Toss with garden salad.
