Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 lb. mushroom caps
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
