Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 lb. mushroom caps
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/8 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
